5-Year Rate Plan: 2026-2031

On August 4, 2026, the Board of Directors unanimously adopted Resolution 26-08, establishing water and sewer rates. A public hearing was held that day at 10:00 a.m. at the administration office. All directors were present, along with 28 adult community members and two minors. The Board Secretary recorded 514 protest letters opposing the rate increase. Of those, 452 were validated as protests against the water rate increase, and 424 were validated as protests against the sewer rate increase. Neither total met the majority protest threshold.

The proposed five-year rate plan will take effect on September 4, 2026. The first monthly bill under the new rate structure will be prorated because the District bills one month in arrears.
