Proposition 218 Notice and Public Hearing

CLOCWD is currently in the Proposition 218 hearing process.

Public notices will be mailed with the April monthly statements on April 28, 2026, and will also be distributed via E-Statements on the same day. The public notice will be available at our office and on our website through the date of the hearing.

The public hearing will be held on June 18, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Administration Building located at:
12952 E. Highway 20, Clearlake Oaks, CA 95423

All protest procedures and hearing details are included in the public notice.
