About Director, Jim Crozier:

With a career spanning military service, Silicon Valley technology leadership, and hands-on business ownership, I bring a combination of technical expertise, strategic vision, and operational discipline to everything I do. As a U.S. Air Force veteran, former Silicon Valley Semiconductor Marketing Director, and patent holder with an MBA, I have spent decades leading across diverse, high-stakes industries. Most recently, as the owner and operator of three successful campgrounds, I spent years managing complex infrastructure, balancing fiscal budgets, navigating regulatory compliance, and driving community-focused public relations.

​In addition to my executive and operational background, I am a certified Backflow and Cross Connection Control Specialist, offering direct, specialized expertise in water safety and public health infrastructure. Grounded by a 44+ year marriage, four children, and four grandchildren, I combine high-level governance with practical, real-world problem-solving and I am pleased to be part of this Board.
