About Director, A. Donald Whittier:

I bring decades of practical public-service experience to the Clearlake Oaks County Water District Board.

I have worked for three decades in municipal Public Works with the City of Rohnert Park. My career gave me extensive firsthand knowledge of the systems’ water and wastewater operations, infrastructure maintenance, public facilities, equipment, and day-to-day municipal operations.

I bought my house in the Keys in 1998 and have lived here full-time since.
